What is a ReportFlow?
A ReportFlow is a reusable report definition in VividCharts. It maps a specific recurring review, such as a project status report or a steering committee deck, to the ServiceNow data behind it, then produces the finished report on a schedule. Build it once, and every cycle after that refreshes rather than gets rebuilt.
The unit matters because recurring reporting is not one report, it is the same report forever. A ReportFlow holds the structure, the layout, and the data mapping together, so a report that worked for one project team can be applied to twenty without anyone re-deciding what goes on slide three.
